How Do I Get Vaccinated for COVID-19?
The Northeast Health District is prioritizing COVID-19 vaccine appointments for those who live or work in the district. If you do not live or work in the Northeast Health District, you are encouraged to contact your local health department or health district.
Pre-registration for non-healthcare workers and 65+ is open; however, there is currently NO TIMELINE for when appointments will be available for those in any priority group other than 1A (healthcare and 65+) will be available.
To request an appointment, complete the appropriate form. All information on the form must be completed. Once they are ready to vaccinate your priority group, you will be contacted. Check your email and SPAM folders regularly. Each person will need to pre-register separately.
