Purpose

The Authority exists to help obtain favorable financing and funding for public facilities, land, buildings, renovation, expansion, construction, rehabilitation, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, roads, bridges, and any other improvements in a manner exempt from taxation and at very low interest rates.
