Do I have to appear in Court?

If you have been charged with one of the following, you do need to appear for the Court hearing:

  • Driving over 24 miles per hour over the speed limit (and under 21 years of age).
  • Driving on a suspended license
  • Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
  • Driving without a license
  • Misdemeanor possession of marijuana
